Why is the promo code not working?

Our promo codes can be long with numbers and letters, so it is easy to type them incorrectly. We recommend copying and pasting the code at checkout. 

If your code is still not working there could be a couple of reasons why: 

• The promotion code is expired - our discounts can last anywhere from 2 to 5 days so make sure to check the expiration date in the promo code email that you received
• You cannot combine this promo code with any other discounts on the site
