Why is my Yard Mastery gift card not working?

There are a few reasons your gift card might not work when you are checking out: 

1. You could be attempting to check out on the wrong website. If your card was purchased/issued from The Lawn Care Nut it will not work on the Yard Mastery site. 
2. The number could have been entered incorrectly (Please double check that you entered the gift card in correctly).
3. The balance could be depleted.
4. The card could be expired, this happens usually when there is a promotional card sent to you.

If after double-checking that you are using the gift card with the correct website and that it has been entered in correctly and it is still not working, please send us the gift card number along with the following information by opening a ticket.

See the instructions below:

1. Click on the HELP > SUBMIT A TICKET button
2. Fill in the required fields (Your email address, Related issue, and Subject)
3. Include the following information in the description:

• Name
• Order Number (if applicable)
• Additional details to help us address your concerns

*Please note, if you have a YM gift card and the purchase you are making exceeds the balance available, you can use another credit card to finish the balance.
