If you received our automated email with a tracking number but the tracking details show only "Shipping Label created, USPS awaiting item" the carrier has picked it up.
Our packages get picked up by commercial pickups for each carrier, (FedEx, USPS) and the carriers generally do not scan items when they pick them up. Typically, these are scanned once they reach the sorting facility. Here is a picture of what one of our commercial pickups looks like for your reference:
Your tracking number should receive updates along the way. However, many times we have seen that the first update in the tracking details, is that the package is out for delivery. Here is an example of a package that was delivered after a few days without any updates:
Our typical delivery is between 4-7 business days. Your package should receive a scan along its journey to you; however, we do understand that it is frustrating to not see where it is at the moment. Most packages with this status are successfully delivered.
If your package does not receive an update or has not been delivered within 7 business days, please open a ticket with the following details so we can investigate this further.
