Why can't this item be shipped to my state? (shipping product restriction)

Some states restrict specific products from being shipped to you because there are regulations against using that product in your state.  

We list the states that restrict us from shipping items to you in the product description, here is an example for Prodiamine:

State restrictions are not within our control.  If you have a product that you purchased previously, most likely the restrictions were changed since the last time you ordered.
