1. Go to Your Orders on Amazon or in the Amazon App
2. Find your order in the list.
3. Select Problem with Order
4. Choose your topic from the list displayed, and select Contact Seller
Note from Amazon:
- Allow two days for the seller to respond. In most cases, you'll receive a reply sooner. Most orders placed with sellers are covered by our A-to-z Guarantee. If you don't hear from the seller within two days, go to A-to-z Guarantee to see if you qualify.
Once Amazon makes us aware of the problem, we will investigate and try and find your order. If we are not able to find your order and determine it is lost, we will process a replacement or a refund depending on your preference.
