If for any reason your product is lost, damaged, or was not the item you ordered,
include the reason (LOST/DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM) and the following information by opening a ticket.

- Fill in the required fields (Your email address, Related issue, and Subject)
- Include the following information in the description:
- Order Number (if applicable)
- Additional details to help us address your concerns
For verified lost, damaged, wrong, incomplete orders we can either send a comparable replacement at no additional charge or issue a refund for the amount you paid for the item.
If you do not report the issue in a timely manner, we may not be able to process the claim. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
