If you have received the package and it was not the correct item or quantity that you ordered, click on the "Report Issue" button below. This will take you to our order issue submission page where you can share with us a short video of the box, label, and any item(s) that you did receive.
Once we receive your video, our team will get busy either sending a replacement at no additional charge or issuing a refund for the cost of the item you are missing. If you received the wrong item, in most cases, we will not want the incorrect item back as it is too costly to pay for return shipping.
Alternatively, you can also reach out to us with pictures of the box, label, and item(s) that were damaged by submitting a ticket here.
